Cà da Mosto is one of the oldest buildings in Venice, an example of Veneto Byzantine architecture, directly overlooking the Grand Canal, between the Rialto Bridge and the “Mercato Vecchio”. Today the building lives again thanks to The Venice Venice Hotel, a 5-star luxury hotel that reinterprets the city’s vocation for hospitality, through a project with a “post-Venetian” style. A new hotellerie concept which starts from the eclecticism generated by historical stratification to open up to different artistic influences, a meeting place for artists, craftsmen and designers, as a precious asset to be preserved from mass tourism. Art transforms the spaces of the building into true site-specific works, architecture, fashion and design also mix in the rooms with very high ceilingsand extraordinary views of the Grand Canal, embellished with precious materials such as the natural brass OS2 75 windows and doors, which dialogue with the colors of the rooms and convey the feeling of elegance and historicity.
