The renovation project of the San Giovanni sul Muro building in Milan, overlooking the street of the same name, is part of a larger redevelopment project called “The Bridge” and which sees three buildings, unique in terms of architectural, morphological, dimensional and historical characteristics , united to become a new, large Urban Office Campus in the city centre.
Designed to be functional, efficient and iconic like the metropolis that hosts it, the structure of San Giovanni sul Muro reinterprets the design and rhythm of the original facade, remaining morphologically contemporary, consistent with the alignments and chromatic tones of the adjacent buildings.
Perfectly inserted into the regular texture of concrete, cement and glass elements, the OS2 75 thermal break profiles, which divide the glass surfaces into three equal parts, leaving room for private glimpses of cities, such as the garden, or public ones, such as the path towards the Castello Sforzesco, always unexpected.
