The renovation project of the building on San Giovanni sul Muro in Milan, overlooking the street of the same name, is part of a broader urban regeneration initiative called “The Bridge”. The project brings together three buildings—each unique in architectural, morphological, dimensional, and historical terms—into a new, large Urban Office Campus in the heart of the city.
Designed to be functional, efficient, and iconic, in line with the metropolitan context in which it stands, the San Giovanni sul Muro building reinterprets the design and rhythm of the original façade while maintaining a contemporary morphological language, consistent with the alignments and chromatic tones of the surrounding buildings.
Perfectly integrated into the regular texture of concrete, cement, and glass elements, the OS2 75 thermally broken profiles divide the glazed surfaces into three equal parts, opening up private urban views—such as the garden—and public perspectives, including the route toward Castello Sforzesco, always unexpected.
