The Fuoco program by Secco Sistemi offers four distinctive systems: XT-AF, EBE- AF, SA-AF, and 4F-AF, each planned to create the ideal fire-rated frame. The profiles of Secco Sistemi’s fire-rated systems are made of solid, durable metals, certified for their resistance to oxidation and corrosion. For Secco, metals are also a source of design: their natural surfaces shape the appearance of the frame and can capture or reflect the light, displaying warm or austere tones — while maintaining an ever-changing surface that highlights the handcrafted nature of the product. All metals used are 100% recyclable and highly durable, actualizing the product’s sustainability. XT-AF
XT-AF represents a true revolution in the field of fire-rated frames, introducing a key element, design by combining safety and lightness, qualities traditionally unrelated in this sector often limited to functional
construction. The XT-AF profiles, characterized by slim and elegant lines, offer fire resistance up to 60 minutes, setting a new standard in the sector and innovatively blending aesthetics and performance. Designed exclusively for indoor use, XT-AF presents an uniform glazing bead on both interior and exterior sides, ensuring visual harmony in every context.
EBE-AF
The EBE-AF system offers a range of doors and glazed partitions that provide effective protection against flames and smoke, while keeping the temperature on the unexposed side under control. Thanks to the careful selection of materials and internal components, it enables the construction of fire-resistant frames rated EI 30, 60, and 90, using thermal break profile technology. EBE-AF is available in all dimensional variants of the series EBE 65, 75, 85, 100 and in all metals of the Secco Sistemi range, seamlessly integrating with standard EBE frames, without visual dissonance, thanks to the consistency in shapes, thicknesses, and finishes.
SA-AF
The SA-AF system is an innovative solution for glazed doors and partitions, designed to provide effective protection with EW 30-60-90 fire resistance classification and smoke control ratings Sa and Sm. Since it is not thermally broken, it is best suited for interior applications. In addition to offering excellent fire safety performance, SA-AF stands out for its premium finishes, available in Corten steel or stainless steel, allowing seamless integration into any architectural project by combining durability with refined aesthetics.
4F-AF
Secco Sistemi’s structural façade represents an innovative design solution, ensuring high fire resistance performance and incorporating an elegant, contemporary design. It can be perfectly combined with other Secco firerated system EBE-AF, for the integration of operable door elements.
