EBE 65

The profiles of the thermal break EBE 65 system have a depth of 65 mm and can hold insulating glazing panels of up to 48 mm. The leaf and the frame are rebated internally and flush-mounted externally.

EBE 65 is part of the family of EBE profiles and represents Secco Sistemi’s answer to the most demanding responsible project requirements. With the innovative thermal break technology in polyamide and polyurethane, EBE realizes strong structural profiles in reduced sections.

Sealing is guaranteed by a double gasket system for doors and by a weep system with three-level sealing gasket for windows.
Furthermore, thanks to the wide choice of opening solutions and the complete range of accessories, the EBE profiles offer numerous possible variations for the design of the casing or frame.

Performance of the EBE thermal break system has been tested by the best laboratories for European certification in accordance with current EN 14351-1 regulations.

EBE 65 window is a system integrated with accessories, gaskets and thermal break profiles of depth 65 mm, allowing for the realization of windows in a wide range of possible variations: square, rectangular, curved or shaped, and to install insulating glazing of up to 48 mm thickness. Each typology has its specific accessories (also concealed or fully integrated) that come with the system.
The sealing characteristics of the frames are guaranteed by a weep system with three-level sealing gaskets.

EBE 65 window is rebated on the inside and flush-mounted on the outside. The standard solution of the side section has a section of 85 mm. For a two-sash window there is also a solution with 74 mm side section profiles and central section of 85 mm.

handles

EBE 65 door – a system integrated with accessories, gaskets and thermal break profiles of 65 mm depth, allowing to realize doors in a wide range of possible variations: square, rectangular, curved or shaped, and to install insulating glazing of up to 40 mm thickness. The sealing characteristics of the frames are guaranteed by a three-side rebate double seal system and by an automatic drop-down seal under the socle.
Each solution comes with specific accessories (also concealed) integrated in the system.

The solution with weld-on or butt hinges has a 109 mm side section.
In the presence of three-wing hinges or concealed or fully integrated hinges, the side section increases to 134 mm.
