Designed by Filippo Taidelli Architecture (FTA), the restoration of Piero Portaluppi’s historic studio in Via Morozzo della Rocca, Milan, reinterprets the iconic 1930s Rationalist building by weaving a dialogue between historical continuity and contemporary versatility.
A key element of the project is blurring the boundary between interior and exterior spaces—an objective achieved in part through the integration of Secco Sistemi steel window and door frames. Their geometric precision and slim sightlines respect the existing architectural language while delivering the high performance required of a modern building envelope.
